We are not a trading platform, broker, financial institution, or investment company.
We sell and license software technology only, enabling clients to connect their own brokerage accounts to the systems of their choice.

Our products do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or portfolio management services.

• Technology Provider Only: Gemeos Trading Inc. is not a licensed financial advisory firm, broker-dealer, or registered investment advisor. We are a software and technology company that provides algorithmic trading tools and related services.
• Informational Use: Any strategies, analytics, or performance data shown within our systems or marketing materials are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not investment advice or an invitation to trade.
• Independent Decisions: You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and for choosing your own brokerage accounts. We strongly encourage you to seek independent advice from a qualified financial professional before making any trading or investment decisions.

• Trading results may vary due to market conditions and other unpredictable factors.
• Gemeos Trading Inc. bears no responsibility for any trading losses, regardless of cause.
• You assume full responsibility for the risks and financial outcomes of using our software or any copied strategy.

• No Guarantee of Profit: Gemeos Trading Inc. makes no guarantee of profitability or performance from the use of its algorithms or copy-trading software.
• No Liability for Losses: We are not liable for any direct or indirect financial losses, damages, or adverse outcomes arising from use of our technology, website, or related services.
• Third-Party Dependencies: You acknowledge that performance may depend on brokers, liquidity providers, internet connectivity, or other external factors beyond our control.

• Subscription Fees: Access to Gemeos Trading Inc. products may require setup or recurring subscription fees as specified during checkout.
• Non-Refundable Fees: Upfront and recurring fees are non-refundable once paid, as outlined in our Refund Policy.

Our role is limited strictly to providing the software technology that may connect to those accounts. We do not act as a custodian, intermediary, or financial service provider in any form.

You are responsible for ensuring your chosen broker is reputable, compliant, and suitable for your jurisdiction.

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Broker Independence: Gemeos Trading Inc. does not act as a broker, nor do we endorse any broker. We may give examples of brokers clients have used in the past, but you are responsible for selecting and maintaining your own brokerage accounts.
• Prohibited Activities: You agree not to misuse our software for unlawful purposes, reverse-engineer the code, or manipulate performance data.
• Service Access: We may modify, suspend, or terminate access to any service for maintenance, updates, or security purposes at our discretion.

• Termination: We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you breach these terms.
• Arbitration: Any dispute arising from this Agreement or your use of our software shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Ontario, Canada, unless prohibited by law.
• Brokerage Responsibility: Any disputes or issues with third-party brokers or trading outcomes fall outside Gemeos Trading Inc.’s responsibility.
