Monthly recurring fees are also non-refundable. Upon subscribing to our monthly service, you will be billed at the start of each billing cycle. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so at any time before the next billing cycle. However, no refunds will be provided for any charges already processed.
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will not be billed for subsequent months, but you will not receive a refund for the current billing period.
In rare cases, such as billing errors, incorrect charges, or service interruptions, we may offer refunds or account credits at our discretion, for the monthly fee only. These will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
